Parent-Teacher Conferences

We are excited to connect with you about your child during our Parent-Teacher Conferences, scheduled for Tuesday, April 21st, and Thursday, April 23rd, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

This is a valuable, though not mandatory, opportunity to sit down with your child's teacher. You can discuss their progress, milestones, and daily life here at The Kids Studio (TKS).

To sign up for a 15-minute conference slot, please look for the sign-up options in your Procare App or click on your child's Studio number below.

Celebrating our Teachers

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4th-8th! The week offers a special time for us to honor the incredible dedication and tireless efforts of our early childhood education teachers. They are truly instrumental in shaping young minds, and their commitment deserves the highest recognition.

Being an early childhood educator is a demanding, yet profoundly rewarding, career. Our teachers pour their hearts into their work every single day, fostering curiosity, instilling a love of learning, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for all our students.

This week is our chance to express our deepest gratitude and show them how much we truly value their hard work. We are planning a week packed with special treats, thoughtful gestures, and heartfelt messages to ensure their dedication does not go unnoticed.

Immunization Record Access Authorization Reminder

If you have not done so already, please complete the Parent Access Authorization Form linked below by Friday, April 17th. The form allows us to access your child's immunization records from WebIZ, Arkansas' secure records website.
